Q. What kind of power will this unit require?

A. You must have an electrical outlet within 100 feet of the set up area. Some units require more than one outlet within 100 feet of the set up area. A generator may be required to operate the equipment for an additional charge. If you have any questions, please ask before you book a reservation.

Q.How do I book a reservation for one of the inflatables?

A. You can book Online Reservations or call us at 952-212-4738 to book a reservation.  We take calls from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday – Sunday.

Q. When should I book the reservation?

A. You should schedule a reservation once you know what day you will need it. These book out quickly and can be very hard to find at the last minute.

Q. How long do I get the rental unit for?

A. We rent these units daily and normally drop them off in the morning from 8am – 11am and pick it back up around 6pm – 9pm. The price is the same no matter how long you keep it for.We can also drop off any time you want during the day as long as we can fit you into our schedule.

Q. What if it is raining on the day I have a reservation or if there is bad weather?

A. We will need to cancel your reservation for that day if it is raining or if other conditions are dangerous to operate the equipment such as heavy winds. You will not be charged a cancellation fee due to the weather conditions as long as you call us 48 hours before your event. All events can be rescheduled for no additional fees. It is fully up to the renter to let us know if the weather is bad in their area. If we show up and you have not contacted us ahead of time to cancel, you will be charged the whole rental price plus any delivery fees and tax.

Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation?

A. All cancellations must be done 1 week (7 days before your scheduled event).All cancellations will be given a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.If you don’t cancel 1 week before your event you will be charged the full rental price plus tax, but we will waive any delivery fees.All cancellations must be done by calling us at 952-212-4738.

Q. Are there any fee’s other than the cost of the rental?

A.  Yes, we charge sales tax which is 7.125% and there also may be a delivery fee depending on your location.

Q. How long will it take you to set everything up when you arrive?

A. It will only take about 10 – 20 minutes to set everything up. Then we will have you go over and sign the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability forms before we leave.

Q. What if I am unsure if there are any utilities under the ground by the set up area?

A. CALL US AND WE WILL CALL 811 (The Call Before You Dig People) to come out for free and mark off the utilities in your yard. They typically need 2-3 full business days before your event. If this cannot be done we can also use Sandbags for an additional fee (only if weather conditions are safe).
